Delete your Vrolu account.
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
On iPhone or Android:
- Open Vrolu and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email privacy@vrolu.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Vrolu account”. If you signed in with Apple or Google, say which, and send it from that account’s email. We’ll delete the account and reply once it’s done.
What gets deleted
Your account and its sign-ins, your profile, your flights, and the devices registered for notifications. Trips you organize are deleted too, for everyone on them; on other people’s trips, only your own flights are removed and the trip stays. Your personal data is deleted or anonymized, except records we’re required to keep, such as payment records for tax purposes. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Vrolu Pro subscription. Cancel it where you bought it first:
- Google Play: Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions.
- App Store: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- vrolu.com: from your account on the website.
