What we're building

A bachelorette in Cabo, a destination wedding, a family reunion — they all have the same problem: six people flying in from different cities, a dinner reservation nobody remembers, an address buried 400 messages up the group chat, and one person quietly turned into the trip's full-time helpdesk. Vrolu is the dashboard that person gets to stop being. Flights update themselves, events carry tappable addresses, reminders fire for everyone, and the whole thing lives behind one shareable link.

The one rule

Every product decision inside Vrolu gets settled the same way: stay in sync with reality — or the product is broken. When people are in the air and counting on the plan, the dashboard has to be right, calm, and trustworthy. That's why we pay for flight data we can trust instead of the cheapest feed, and why a leaked link can't quietly expose someone's travel — every trip is invite-only and sign-in gated.

Who's behind it

Vrolu is a small, independent operation — not a big company with a support floor. That's the honest truth, and it's actually the point: when you email us, a real person reads it and answers. We'd rather do one thing — group trip coordination — properly than bolt on ten things badly.

What we're not

We're not a frequent-flyer obsession tool, and we're not trying to be your whole travel life — no expense splitting, no hotel-booking engine, no ad-supported feed mining your data. The group dashboard is free, and Vrolu earns its keep with an optional Vrolu Pro subscription for live flight tracking — not by selling anything about you.
